Scale
Waiting for the catalog.
Quakes play in date order. A quake that shook for about a minute holds its chord for 10 seconds. Shorter shaking holds less, down to one beat. Beats 1 and 3 are keys and synth bass. Beats 2 and 4 are jazz saxophone. Anything above magnitude 5.0 adds a loud bass. A green blast marks the quake's real latitude and longitude for as long as the chord holds.
Each book is written from every earthquake in that month, and the year book holds every earthquake so far. Today’s shocks are added to the latest month, in the story and in the music. A new month starts a new book.
Each file is made in the browser from the music playing now, including the tempo and the DJ box. Nothing is stored, so a later change to the music is what the next person gets.
