Yummy Fan Controls is a free Mac app that shows temperature sensors and sets fan speed. This page is the privacy policy linked from the app and from TestFlight. Shafi App Co does not sell personal information. The app does not use third-party tracking.

The one ad

The app shows one ad. A one-time $0.99 USD purchase through Apple removes the ad. Fan controls stay available either way. Apple processes the payment. Shafi App Co does not receive your card number.

What stays on the Mac

Temperature and fan readings are read on the Mac. They are not sent to Shafi App Co. Fan mode, temperature units, the target temperature, the open-at-login choice, and the privacy acceptance stay on the device.

Fan privileges

Optional “Install Privileges” writes a limited sudoers rule on the Mac so fan speed can be set without asking for a password every time. That file stays on the computer. It is not uploaded.

App Store

If you get the app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple processes the download. Shafi App Co does not receive your payment card details.
